‍Is parking available? Yes, street parking is available in any legal spot near the marina.

‍Are the crew members licensed? All of our captains are fully licensed by the United States Coast Guard (USCG).

‍What should I wear? We recommend wearing non-skid, non-marking shoes (no heels). For day tours, consider bringing sunblock, sunglasses, and a hat. There is partial shade in the bar area. For evening tours, the weather can be cooler, so a hoodie or light jacket is advised.

‍Is there a bathroom on board? Yes, our boat is equipped with a fully enclosed restroom for your privacy.

‍How many people can board? Our tours accommodate up to 6 passengers, plus 2 crew members, in compliance with USCG regulations. All tours are private, with no shared boats available at this time.

‍Are children welcome? Yes, children are welcome! Morning and afternoon tours are best suited for them. Please note, children aged 12 or younger must wear a USCG-certified life jacket at all times during the tour. We provide life jackets for all passengers, and children under 30 lbs must bring their own USCG-approved personal flotation device.

‍Are dogs allowed? Yes, dogs are welcome! Dogs must remain on a leash at all times, and pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Please keep pets off the seats; they are allowed on the deck only. We provide treats and water for your furry companions. Limit one dog per tour.

‍Is drinking allowed? Yes, our tours are BYOB (cans preferred). You must be 21 years or older with ID to consume alcohol onboard. We supply coolers, ice, water, and cups. Drinking is not permitted on the docks or until we've left the slip. Please note: red wine is not permitted, as it may stain the deck.

‍Is swimming allowed? No, swimming is not permitted. If anyone jumps into the water during the tour, the trip will be immediately terminated with no refund issued.

‍Is food available onboard? We do not provide food, but you are welcome to bring your own. We’ll provide plates, napkins, silverware, salt, and pepper. For food options, please refer to the Refreshments tab for suggestions.

‍Is there music on board? Absolutely! We offer a variety of music styles, such as reggae, yacht rock, 70s-80s hits, and today's country. You can also connect your device to our Bluetooth speakers and play your own music. We have 6 charging ports onboard for your convenience.

‍When should I arrive? Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. As our trips are scheduled by time, if you are late, your tour will be cut short.

‍How is payment handled? The deposit and balance payments will be made by the individual who booked the tour.

How much should I tip the crew? While tipping is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated. A 20% tip is customary for excellent service.

Do you offer any discounts? Yes, we offer discounts to seniors, first responders, and military (active or retired) with valid ID. One discount per tour.

‍What is the deposit and cancellation policy? A $100 deposit is required to secure your tour. We understand plans may change, and we are happy to accommodate you. Cancellations must be made within 72 hours for a full refund. No-shows will not receive a refund. If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a full refund.

‍Is smoking allowed? All of our tours are smoke and drug-free, including vaping, whether legal or not.

‍Can the captain refuse boarding? Yes, the captain reserves the right to refuse boarding to any individual who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a way that may jeopardize the safety of passengers or crew. No refund will be provided in this case.
