‍Is parking available? Yes, street parking is available in any legal spot near the marina.

‍Are the crew members licensed? All of our captains are fully licensed by the United States Coast Guard (USCG).

‍What should I wear/bring? We recommend wearing non-skid, non-marking shoes (no heels). For day tours, consider bringing sunblock, sunglasses, and a hat. There is partial shade in the bar area. For evening tours, the weather can be cooler, so a hoodie or light jacket is advised. DEET-free bug spray is best as it is more eco-friendly with ingredients that are less likely to harm the environment.

‍Is there a bathroom on board? Yes, our boat is equipped with a fully enclosed restroom for your privacy.

​

‍How many people can board? Our tours accommodate up to 6 passengers, plus 2 crew members, in compliance with USCG regulations. All tours are private, with no shared boats available at this time.

​

‍Are children welcome? Yes, children are welcome! Twilight Tiki Adventure and Set Sail Into The Sunset tours are best suited for them. Please note, children aged 12 or younger must wear a USCG-certified life jacket at all times during the tour. We provide life jackets for all passengers, and children under 30 lbs must bring their own USCG-approved personal flotation device.

‍Are dogs allowed? Yes, dogs are welcome! Dogs must remain on a leash at all times, and pet owners are responsible for any damage caused by their pets. Please keep pets off the seats; they are allowed on the deck only. We provide treats and water for your furry companions. Limit one dog per tour.

‍Is drinking allowed? Yes, our tours are BYOB (cans preferred). You must be 21 years or older with ID to consume alcohol onboard. We supply coolers, ice, water, and cups. Drinking is not permitted on the docks or until we've left the slip. Please note: red wine is not permitted, as it may stain the deck.

‍Is swimming allowed? No, swimming is not permitted. If anyone jumps into the water during the tour, the trip will be immediately terminated with no refund issued.

​

‍Is food available onboard? We do not provide food, but you are welcome to bring your own. We’ll provide plates, napkins, silverware, salt, and pepper. 

​

‍Is there music on board? Absolutely! Feel free to connect your device to our Bluetooth speakers and play your own music. We have 6 charging ports onboard for your convenience.

​

‍When should I arrive? Please arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to sign paperwork and for a brief safety discussion.

What is the cancellation policy? If you cancel within 7 days, you will NOT be refunded. If you cancel within 8-14 days, you will be refunded 50% of the reservation. More than 15 days, a full refund will be given. No-shows will not receive a refund. If your tour is canceled due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances on our end, we will work with you to reschedule or offer a full refund.

How much should I tip the crew? While tipping is not mandatory, it is greatly appreciated. A 20% tip is customary for excellent service.

​

‍Is smoking allowed? All of our tours are smoke and drug-free, including vaping, whether legal or not.

​

‍Can the captain refuse boarding? Yes, the captain reserves the right to refuse boarding to any individual who appears to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol in a way that may jeopardize the safety of passengers or crew. No refund will be provided in this case.

​

Do I need to fill out or sign anything? Yes, the captain will have printed out waivers or you can print your own waiver as to not hold up the departure time.

​

Any guest behavioral issues, excessive alcohol consumption or abuse of any staff will result in immediate cancellation of tour with no refund.
